We develop, implement and maintain the national credit and qualifications framework and co-ordinate Botswana’s education, training and skills development quality assurance system for the benefit for all. Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA), Human Resource (HR) plays a strategic and transformative role in driving the Authority’s vision of excellence in education and training quality assurance. The HR function is dedicated to recruiting, developing and retaining a professional, motivated, and high performing workforce that aligns with the Authority’s mandate and values.
